1. Delivery Timeframe

  • When placing an order online, the delivery date must be scheduled at least 2 days after the date of purchase to allow us time to prepare your order with care and quality.
  • Same-day or next-day deliveries are not available for online orders.

2. Delivery Days and Times

  • We offer delivery services from Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Specific delivery time requests may not always be possible, but we will do our best to accommodate them.

3. Delivery Locations

  • We deliver within Bundoora and the surrounding areas.
  • If your location falls outside our standard delivery zones, please contact us to discuss special delivery arrangements. Additional fees may apply for extended delivery areas.

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe location and notify you.

  • Adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in delivery. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange a new delivery time.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes to your delivery address or order details must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
  • If you need to cancel your order, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation.
